Hi, I'm Sarah — founder of Little Lantern Company and a nonprofit chaos survivor.I spent years deep in the trenches of nonprofit leadership, wearing every hat on the rack and answering emails at hours no one should be awake. Along the way, I fell in love with the part of the work most people dread: the systems, the processes, the "who has the password to this account" conversations. I realized that the organizations doing the most important work often had the least operational support — and that felt like a problem worth solving. So, I started Little Lantern Company to be the operational partner I wish I'd had. I help nonprofit leaders stop drowning in their inboxes and start running organizations with systems that actually make sense.
